Samsung! What did you do? You removed the MST from these devices?? This is India and we don’t use nfc payments yet. And I am a student, I don’t carry around my cards every time I go out. I’ve been using Samsung pay to make card payments for 5 years now. I mean that’s literally the only thing that’s keeping me from upgrading to a different brand. Others didn’t have Samsung pay. And now I get to know that S21 cannot make card payments? Why is everyone forcing me to still use my current device. I don’t want to use this Galaxy S8 ANYMORE. It has become too slow and outdated. I was thinking of finally upgrading but now I can’t! First you remove the IR sensor, then you remove those beautiful edge screens. Then you remove the heart rate sensors from the devices, and now you removed the Magnetic Strip Thing that allowed us to make card payments so easily. If you are slowly going to remove key features from your devices, then what is the point of buying a Samsung then. Samsung was unique because of these key features that no one else offered. Removing these just makes it like other phones. I might as well go for a pixel or an iPhone now, I mean there’s no difference anymore. 😢
