uriel mesenja wow dude really? How about you take that self righteousness out of here. You give Normal religious folks a bad name when you bludgeon people with your beliefs. Plus how do you know he doesn’t give 10% of his wealth to the church- they don’t build those things all over the place with poor peoples money. How do you know this Eric guy doesn’t attend church regularly. Heck man you don’t even know anything about the guy, yet you basically judge him. I’d say he is more Christian than you- you are merely a wackjob. Plus who is to say he is wasting his life? Why, because he isn’t online trying to force religion down others throats and denigrating rich people like your oh so godly self? Making money and then using it properly is the most godly thing you can do. You do way more good doing that then you would sitting at a pew in some church worshiping Christ for some sort of egotistical self absorbed sense of wanting to be closer to god.

citizen.co.za/lifestyle/2030924/for-just-r250m-you-can-live-at-the-highest-point-in-sandton/ < The tallest building in Africa is being built and the top floors will be an exclusive $17 million mansion sized penthouse. This is a penthouse that makes you live in the tallest point on the whole continent of Africa. I think a youtube video like these ones made by Erik would be awesome.

Now that I know about property tax: After paying $40 million dollars to own, you now realize that you have the privilege of: Renting from the government for $30,000 PER MONTH, FOREVER. [$40 million x 2.219% NY property tax = $887,600 per year (forever) = $74,000/mo (forever)] That's on top of your $111,000 per month mortgage over 30 years. That's right, your TAX (forever) is nearly the same per month as your MORTGAGE (30 years). For the first 30 years you will pay $185,000 per month. For the rest of eternity you will pay $111,000 per month (MONTH) to the government (nothing in return). If you fail even ONE PAYMENT, the government will steal your home and sell it at auction for a discount. It will then charge you the difference to pay the rest of your tax, and you will not get the proceeds from your home that you had paid for. After 100 years of ownership, you have now paid the government a non-refundable $89 MILLION dollars on top of the $40 million you paid for the property. Your total cost for the property after 100 years: $129 MILLION. In 100 years your neighborhood will be overrun with crime and be worthless, for a total loss. Your descendants inherit nothing but a worthless shack they cannot visit for fear of death from stray gunfire or car bombs.

I was CONSIDERING buying this place, BUT having to share the pool and fitness with the whole building is REALLY not worth the preposterous pricetag. Next!

I'd rather have a cabin with complete off grid capability around one of the Fjords of Norway. A small self sufficient farm with maybe a few sheep or something. I can't even begin to understand the kind of people that want stuff like this. To each their own I guess.

*The LA mansions are a zillion times better for 10 times less money. They are more spacious, much better weather (no ugly and rude new yorkers to put up with, no urine stench, no awful cold winter, no dirty and filthy streets, at least in the suburbs of LA), more modern and high tech, much better panoramas, much better views of mountains and nature, and no views of other ugly, decaying, old buildings. Why would somebody waste 40M dollars to live in a thing that looks like a warehouse? LOL LA>New York*

I honestly think I'm the only person who if u had even billions of dollars I don't want anyone to know and would live in a normal place. I just couldn't spend 40 mil on an apartment just to show off to others while there are kids starving in the same city.
