I use Ginger juice is a recipe and I run the ginger through a heavy duty juicer. I DON'T PEEL THE GINGER EITHER. When you're juicing 10 pounds of ginger, you don't want to peel it. lol

You are missing out. Each time you grill a steak, have it a little less done. This way you will get used to the taste without being grossed out and you should feel how the taste improves. Just stop at some point ;) You know what? Don't stop! Have some carpaccio or tartar - raw beef. Delicious!

I made this today and it was awesome! I had to substitute Worcestershire because I was all out. I used a mix of soy sauce, apple cider vinegar and brown sugar(sounds weird but trust me it worked!) And I used regular dill pickles. This was a hit with my family!! I thought it would be too sour with the mustard, tons of lime juice and pickles... but it wasn't! Great recipe!

What she said about shrimp was incorrect. You just need a ripping hot grill. Otherwise all the water inside the shrimp is going to essentially poach them on the grill. If you grill your shrimp on the hottest part of a very hot grill however it will look and taste like grilled shrimp.
