Swap the sugar for a stevia/erythritol/fake sugar and flour for coconut flour and its pretty much any keto cheesecake

Finally tried this cheesecake following Molly’s recipe. It was truly delicious, incredibly rich, cloud like in texture, and very filling. I used Swerve Confectioners Erythritol instead of sugar, to make the cake KETO friendly. Fooled everyone in the house that tried it 👍🏽 smash hit

So if you have an even dirty oven, I wouldn’t make this until you clean it. I made a chicken in the oven a few nights before and for some reason my cheesecake had chicken flavor infused into it. I’m not sure if it’s because it’s burned so much or what, but just thought I’d give this tip!

I MADE THIS 2 TIMES AND IT NEVER FAILED ME... Although it requires a lot of cheese but it’s totally worth it!! Its creamy,silky,smooth and burnet .. it is the best !!! I thought o would test the eggs but it totally blends in. The first time I added caramel on the top, and tge second time i addedberries and lemon zest and it was remarkable! Thank you BA AND MOLLY

I hate it when you get yourself a big slice of cheesecake, but you only realize that you got too much cheesecake only when you've eaten like 2/3 of it, and you have to decide wether or not you put it in the fridge and bare the shame of putting a half-eaten cheesecake slice in the fridge, or throw it away, and waste some perfectly good cheesecake.

you still can mess up this easy cheesecake by using the bad ingredients, like when you live in a shithole in Africa like myself and use fake cheese and fake cream and fake vanilla extract because that's all there is to use and nobody can make the difference between creme fraiche and transformed palm oil

Have not found one bakery in my area (Upstate NY) that even knew what I was describing to them when I stared to try to find this cheesecake for many years. No kidding I am 73 yrs old and have been trying to find it since I was about 17. I fell in love with it...way better than NY style, and just could not even find the name of it for years. Try it, folks...it's amazing!
