You could learn Autocad just to design and have reference of measurements it will same you a lot of time and money. Best wishes. I love hard working people.
If the disk shattered he'd be labotomised by the thing.Workplaces in Australia are parilised with all the health and safety but in america they glorify and telivise bad practices.Wouldnt want to see the young fella get hurt.
I respect your work and ambition,I am also rebuilding my vehicle and always have to plan my metal work but i know one day i will enjoy that car one day. Keep on moving forward
I was thinking that perhaps get an OEM chassis for the stang and model the subframe after that but allow for the lowering and extra width needed for the amalgamation of the new stang with the old. Love the build so far. hang in there mate!
If you're looking for some help with a chassis build check out Street Rod Garage 5510 Main Street Grant, AL 35747. These guys did the chassis for the Triple Threat Camaro built on PowerNationTV.
Three adverts in 5 mins, Four ads by 8 mins... dude, I know you need to fund, but that's taking the pi55. I like watching your stuff but I'm not here for that much irritation.
Love the videos but who's kidding who this has been a disaster so far and I'm guessing everything done to this point will have to be torn back out.....cut back out.....or pried apart. Complete rebuild. Start from scratch and actually plan 3 or 4 steps ahead....not 1 step ahead.
Hey vTuned... Now your rockin... Keep those vids coming. We'd like to see you really kick butt on that mustang as fast as you can, and we'll support you all the way up to over 2MM subscriptions.

You already split the car in half, why don't you pick up a 2015-17 Mustang front cradle/suspension assembly and widen the old Mustang body to fit the newer car width...wheels would look good too without a weird wide flare setup. Yes you'll have to have custom windshield and rear glass cut and widen the hood/roof/decklid panels, but that's easier than cobbling together a DIY front subframe that may not work. Just my 2 cents.
Hey Vtuned, you want to reach out to Grant Schwartz at Schwartz Inc for chassis ideas. Hes got 30 years in the biz and you would have seen him on Vegas Rat Rods. Great guy!

this kid is totally clueless he is using a cutoff wheel to grind with lol. I don't see how he has any subs at all as he clearly has no clue what he is doing. At least he finally admitted he was in over his head. He will end up cutting this frame out as it will never work as is, not that it matters as this will never be a street legal vehicle as only cars with glass windshields are legal and your not going to find a 3 inch wider then stock 67 mustang windshield lol.
Awesome 👍🏾 yeah it's a lot of work and planning and cutting, I follow Urchfab he's a engineer if you send information to him may help? , or there is others like Junkerup, or they may know someone? Hope you can get it sorted 👍🏾🤙🏼
Hang in there. This is a big project with a lot to work through. You are getting there, keep on going and keep on thinking it through. Can't wait to see the finished product!
I admire the determination, but this project is a train wreck. Things were made so much hard than they had to be. If he doesn't give up it can be finished but it will just be the path most wouldn't have taken. Lots of skills should be gained from its completion. I'll be waiting for the next video.
I love your enthusiasm and energy, but if you keep using that grinder like that you’ll be lucky to live long enough to finish this car... No guard, no gloves or protective wear, clearly you’ve never had one of those wheels explode on you yet, I seen about 3 real chances for you to die in this video, please work safer!
Check out Schwartz Performance (schwartzperformance.com) or Roadster Shop (roadsters.com) for ideas on chassis. Keep pressing on I'm really looking forward to the final product.
for the frame take a look at Art's Mustang photos he makes custom lowered and widened frames and suspension and he uses custom made metal flares to fit any car or you can get universal ones from Ulterior Motives instagram.com/t34speed www.umshop-store.com/
Amazing work my brotha! Props on tackling the hardest of jobs and doing it with a smile and explaining along the way. I'll keep supporting you and your channel, hopefully one day you've got the same audience as your goonzquad boys, who wouldn't be able to do more than fenders and paint without you. I can't wait to see this car rip!
There are a lot of older guys that know a lot that never were ambitious. Imagine where you'll been 10 years from now if the big projects don't beat you up too much
Vtune this is a huge project for sure but your the right man for the job! I am looking forward to seeing you solve the issues and get this Stang back on the road!
Vtuned wore his seatbelt!!! OMG dude, thank you for listening over the years. We want to see you around for future videos, not sticking half way through a windshield of a wrecked car.
Holy crap a 45min ad then a 15 sec after that you are lucky I like your RUvid channel because i would of skip it lol hopefully you get paid big for that lol keep up the great job cant wait to see the mustang run soon.
Killah!!! Wearing your seat belt! Good job! I wish I could help you out on the frame design, but I you passed my ceiling when you dragged the ol' coyote into the shop. Perhaps a CAD monkey is watching and can give you the needed info?
Son, You are doing a fine job. You are figuring it out as you go. Therefore you are gaining knowledge that will make later builds go so much easier. Hang in there! Don't ley the keyboard critics dampen your enthusiasm. Nobody builds a project like this very fast. Take more time away from it if you have to so that you can figure out your next move. In the end, it will be great!
