Her mistake is that you have to measure your waist also because when you start working out you will lose weight. You have to measure the diameter between the waist and the hips to determine whether you have developed muscles in your glute area. Think she looks pretty good. She's petite.

*The reason you didn’t get your bottom bigger is because you had to be on a high protein diet (meats, cheese). When doing bottom exercises your basically building muscle in that area but you can build up muscle without protein. So I would recommend doing this again just with more protein* 👍🏻

The reason why you didn't see much difference was because you didn't rest enough. Squats are not recommended to be done everyday, or basically any leg day type of exercise, because it's a big muscle. Resting your muscles is very important because those are the hours they recover and really take effect of the workouts you have done, which is typically tearing down those tissue muscles.

You have Inspired me to do the 30 day challenge Also I want to get some Abbs going and get more tightness in my stomach region ( prob is I have 2 wedged ( squashed disks in my spine from a high impact car accident I had 3 years ago. Very painful. Doctor never put me on waiting list to see a spinal surgeon, so Still waiting to be put on the list. I will need surgery after I have seen a surgeon. I'm in Melbourne Australia ) Soooo.... do you know of any abb excercises I can do? I can't do sit ups as it's very painful for my spine just thought you may have an idea or heard something somewhere 😁 Also I want to decrease the size of my arms. I’ve done the 30 days squats challenge where you start at 30 and on the last day you do about 250. I’ve started doing it again nub I find it hard to get right down. Even if my legs are spread apart it’s hard for me. I don’t feel like I’m actually getting anywhere with it. Do you have any suggestions on how I can build up my strength to do the squats properly? I have 140 squats to do today and I’m dreading it lol 😂. When I did the 30 days last time, I did a lot of them in the local indoor pool as I found it took the strain off my back. I’m 51, have had 7 children and I’ve only been exercising since April last year after doing nothing for roughly 5-8 years. I have bipolar, depression, anxiety, PTSD. So I went through a very tough time. I’ve lost the excess weight I had gained so now I’m working on toning up. Thank you for any suggestions on how to do them properly. I appreciate it 😊

If you want a bigger butt dont turn squats into cardio... train it to get stronger, 1-10 rep ranges where you push yourself.. Im not sure why there is this culture in fitness with women being scared to get stronger or actually push themselves physically and instead turning everything into light cardio
