Thanks for sharing! I watch what I eat extremely careful and counting calories when I am working out. But sometimes it is not enough. You really have commit your mindset to have a healthier life style and better physique. I do have craving a lot of times but just need to get it under control lol. I also use supplements to support my weight loss effort so makes my life easier. One of the brand is called Vanguard Formulas, one of the best so far and without side effects. It did help me to make my weight loss goal much easier. Google it, it should help you too.

This video is so good I struggle with my postpartum body and I’m 9 months in when I first gave birth I lost so much weight but after a month I started gaining weight for no reason and getting really sleepy and my doctor said I had hypothyroidism and it was due to postpartum I’m gonna have this all my life so I struggle so much to loose weight I feel like it’s helpless i have no motivation it sucks but hearing you talk about postpartum and motivation really helps lift my spirits hopefully I can get my health back to were I want it to be 🥺

Jump roping is EXTREMELY great for dropping fat and getting in shape as well! So hard but the results are so worth it. You're getting cardio & some strength training in at the same time.

If you want to lose fat, lifting weights CAN help because it’s great exercise. BUT the only reason why some people don’t recommend it is because muscle is more dense than fat. So the more muscle you gain, the number on the scale will go up. So all it’s going to do is confuse you and make you think your healthier, new lifestyle and workout routine isn’t working but is is. So just lose the fat FIRST, then start lifting.
