China versus the West. Another shocking comparative vignette. China Rising Radio Sinoland 17119

How much longer will Western citizens let their faces be throttled into the muck, how much more dignity will they have to lose, before they snap, and with inspiration from Fannie Lou Hamer shout out, “I’m sick and tired of being sick and tired and I’m not going to take it anymore. Enough is enough”!

How long can this continue? Trump is afraid of China's 2025 plan. We have 7 more years till 2025. That means we will have $14T more debt accumulated on top of $20T. Trump does not have to worry about China's 2025 plan because the US economy will be busted before 2025 with the huge debt.

After I read so many negative comments about China online, it is a bit weird to read someone actually have positive comments about China , but thank you for your video.

Thanks, Daniel for your kind words. I have lived and worked in China for 14 years and know Mandarin, so my perspective is different than most Westerners. Thanks for watching! Jeff, just discovered your show and love it. Very interesting perspectives. Just to share with you another view. I think the West tends to only study economical and social impacts based on Western historical experience. This is not appropriate or sufficient in understanding China because its leaders would also reference China's history which is unique and well documented. There are certain periods (Warring & Three Kingdoms) to study strategies, and long periods of relative peace in last 2000 years where various economical & social systems - including wealth distribution, problems when merchants become too wealthy that could influence government officials. Here is an English video that could provide preview of views of Chinese scholars: ruvid.net/video/video-86dV1jZ_fq8.html

Hi Calvin. You can buy China Rising here, ebook or print: ganxy.com/i/113798/jeff-j-brown/china-rising-capitalist-roads-socialist-destinations The foundation of China's governance is Marx, Lenin and Mao.

Cool, would try to get my hands on the China Rising. BTW, do you know where China is referring their governance - at least aspiration? Previously was from Russia, definitely not from US. www.straitstimes.com/opinion/singapores-friendship-with-china “Mr Deng's endorsement of Singapore led to a flood of requests from China. In 1992 alone, Singapore hosted the visit of more than 500 delegations from China.” “Singapore has been extremely generous in sharing its experience with Chinese leaders and cadres. Both the Nanyang Technological University and the National University of Singapore have customised special Chinese language courses for Chinese officials. The Civil Service College Singapore has also collaborated with China's Central Party School in education and training. In his speech at Nankai University, in 2015, President Tony Tan Keng Yam said that in total, Singapore has provided training to 50,000 Chinese officials and cadres.” (Means from around 1992 to 2015).

There are as many styles of capitalism as there are forms of Christianity. The opposite of a capitalistic system is one where the STATE produces everything !!! Inferior quality...triple the cost...and YOU don't have a choice, just a long line to stand in awaiting your NUMBER to be called...ha...ha...ha.
Vincent Vermeer
According to the western media and politicians, the Chinese state controls every Chinese company, thus the CHinese state produce everything and they do it so efficiently and cheap that Capitalist companies pays the Chinese state to produce their goods for them...
Calvin

Except for Cuba & NK, don't think anywhere else the STATE produces everything. China is as capitalist as a country can be on the commercial side.... probably more like USA 100 years ago where there is little IP protection and regulatory restrictions, and some state influence in the direction. Competition is very high and low barriers to entry, thus cheaper prices. Just see the number of smart phone brands as compared to else where. They likely get sued their pants off even before able to sell a phone.

I love your info Jeff.. but try and be an adult occasionally; *you know their are innocent people, unknowingly caught up in this crap.. & your mocking demeanor is childish. Rise above, as it were. Just tell people the facts, let their own emotions guide them.

Awesome! People in the West don't know how they are being manipulated and think the economy is as it is through natural reasons, like earthquakes, but the banks can print money out of thin air and drive the price of houses forever up and up. Then everyone gets maxed out with their mortgages and then they become slaves to work paying back the banks the loans. They also don't ask why all the good jobs are gone and don't realise it's government policy because the elite own the government. Capitalism has also brainwashed people that it is their fault that they struggle and are poor because all through school most just got C's and some B's and so they think they are not good enough. For instance, 300 school leavers apply for one very job but when 299 fail to get it they think it was because they were not good enough, that their grades were down, or that they did a poor interview. They don't blame the system which doesn't create enough good jobs in the first place. Now the conservatives will say no one owes you a living and no one owes you a job, which is true, but once upon a time people could vote for a party that would create jobs. If the entrepreneurs can't create the jobs then people need a government that will create jobs for them. If the private sector can't do it, then make way for the public sector. Now the Conservatives say that governments are incompetent and the less they have to do with the economy the better. That might be true of Western governments owned by the elite, but it's not true of communist China. We've got the wrong system.

China is not growing economically due to communism. They are leaving the communist ideology within their economy and becoming capitalistic. A Jack Ma would never have existed under Mao. The entire world knows that Mao's Cultural Revolution was a disaster. If it wasn't for the courage of Deng's experiment with small pockets of capitalism, China would still be caught in a 1956 time vortex. Mao and Karl Marx would be turning in their graves today if they could see China today. Give credit where credit is due.

But before you judge, John, you should read "China Is Communist Dammit" (www.amazon.com/China-Communist-Dammit-Dawn-Dynasty/dp/6027354380/). I did thousands of hours of research and came away with a much different perspective. Then you decide.

Ling, I have to disagree with you, sorry. Yes, there are cutthroat capitalists here, but the weight of historical Confucianism, Daoism, Buddhism, Marxism, Leninism and Maoism is omnipresent. tean tan well of course it’s happened. How do i know? I’ve seen RUvid guest comments at TheDailyCoin where he was interviewed. But you know what? Jeff does not give a hoot what those stuck in USA think of him. Jeff has his life to live and he’s got his eyes wide open, instead of having his head in the sand. He made the right choice for him and his family to live in Asia.
