Very good video. Good to see old craftsmanship being revived. In the 1930's, power tools cost almost as much as they do now and were unaffordable by many. Thus, the handyman magazines often ran articles on building your own, using various junk.

Delisar, I didn't even count, to be honest. These screws are inexpensive - if you buy a pack of 50 pieces, you will definitely have enough and even stay for the following crafts

There are no special requirements, but I would not use a low power drill, I recommend a minimum of 750 watts. PS: I'm not from the USA either

When your glue wood with wood glue, you should only apply glue to one surface. You are defeating the purpose. You may as well just use screws.
