18 books in 3 1/2 minutes? I don't think this video was made for readers. It was made for people who read the same book 3 pages at a time for a year.

The Polity of Beasts. SO American. So pertinent to current events. So common-sensical. SO politically incorrect--and therefore so true?

I highly recommend reading my short manifesto (chapter 2 includes argument [with sources] against using an artificial limiting factor such as money, and advocates "virtual taxes"): docs.google.com/document/d/15VwP5w9hmJcleB4pdHbRtaY9vFQ7C8eAH5qyiGYZe5k/edit?usp=drivesdk

I have read Willa Cather's "Death Comes for the Archbishop" three times. I am glad to see it on the recommended list! Each reading reveals another aspect of beautiful writing, a new immersion in a setting with more dimensions. Great writing is at once mysterious and accessible, a gift for the reader.

A new book out is called " A Heart's Journey" by Beth Howard from Dorrancebookstore.com A charming read about an abused woman who left her husband and traveled to England and stays with relatives. They lend their support and help her with struggling faith in herself as she tries to gain more self-confidence. She makes friends and finds a real love.

I'm about 5 years to late, and I've never seen any of your videos before, but you should read the book "perfume, the story of a murderer" by Patrick Suskind. It's a story about the sence of smell. It's a very strange topic but it's one of the best books I've ever read
